About the Achievement
The University Startup World Cup is a prestigious international competition that brings together startups from universities around the world. Hosted in Denmark, the event showcases innovative business ideas developed by students and recent graduates, evaluating startups based on innovation, market potential, business model, and social impact.
Global Competition
Our startup, Techiro, competed against over 500 university startups from around the world, with only 70 selected for the final competition in Copenhagen. The competition involved rigorous evaluation processes and international judging panels.
Our Innovation: InCrane
We presented "InCrane" - an Industrial IoT solution for container crane maintenance and monitoring. The system uses IoT sensors, computer vision, and thermal imaging to predict and prevent component failures in port container cranes, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
